I did 8 minutes rowing 20 sec max effort 10 sec rest

Short warm up

Pull ups 8-8-8-8

Dips 8-8-8-8

Deadlift

Warm up with the bar 15kg

2 sets 3 rep with 55kg

1 set 3 rep with 75kg and in the last one CRASH!!!

Back injury.
