The New Beginning
New year, new beginning!!
Today Yoga for weight loss 25 min of good fast yoga.
Joanna and I did the class, we were not in the mood for sure. I felt it was a jump start for the body. We are defenitely going to ache tomorrow.
I may do some pull ups before going to bed (10 if so).
And tomorrow more good yoga, I will find an easier class this was a bit too much to start with.
