mix crossfit yoga day
Well, in the moring what can you do… yoga morning flow.
In the evening CFWU x2 and practice the overhead squat with pvc bar (3×10 reps).
I weight myself this morning surprisingly a quite a bit less than in the evening 76.5kg.
Then I did the home body fat test with the following results:
Age:33, Kg: 77
waist 39,Hips 39, forearm 11.5, wrist 6.5
21% Body Fat –> 16.1kg fat, 60.9 lean

Joanna result:
Age:37, Kg: 63
Hips 35, calf 13, thigh 22, wrist 6
25% Body Fat –> 15.8kg fat, 47.2kg lean
