Yoga for butt and thighs

Yesterday night 21/Jan/2009 I did the yoga for the butt and thighs. Quite a good class you certainly feel it in those areas.

This morning after peaks of 77.9kg I weight 76.2kg. Only 300gr less than my previous weight posted, I do have to admit that last weekend I was eating really badly.

Anyway I am getting there, specially if you consider that I am building a bit of muscle for the pull ups and push ups.
