Yoga for triathletes
We both did the Yoga for triathletes. I did not find this one too challenging, but quite good overall.
My weight this moring broke the 76 barrier I am now 75.8kg. I would say that I half way to reach the before december time. (74kg).
This means more “lovely” milshakes at night time.
