Samson stretch

10 pushups,situps,pullups, dips, back extension. x2

And then my workout (they should be 1rep but I was practicing):

Back squat, 5 rep 35kg.
Shoulder Press, 5 rep 27kg.
Deadlift, 5 rep 35kg

Good news about the weight 77.2kg!

This morning a good 7 km cycle, as well.
