Wednesday 090311 hardest so far

Very hard workout.

I made a mistake and did 30mins rather than 20 as recomended here.

Anyway I did an amazing 15 rounds in 30 minutes of:

5 pullups, 7 dips (2 more, to compensate. ring dips must be way harder) and 15 situps.

Total 75 pullups, 105 dips and 225 situps. I still don“t believe I did that much!!

Weight this morning the same 77.2 kg. It looks like the scale is stuck there and cannot show any other number! Tomorrow a nice deserved rest day.
