Saturday 090314 my own version

I did the five rounds for time of:
17kg Hang squat clean, 5 reps
Rope climb, form the floor  3 ascents

Total time 8′ 30″

I did the rope climb (sort of) with my improvise duvet cover/duct tape. I discover 2 things, one I need to buy a proper rope and two how really tough it is to do it.
