You don“t believe how difficult it is until you are half way!!
So far I can see some results, my only problem is that this weekend my diet went through the windows. I am going to try not to have dinner tonight.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me.
