My first “Murph”
I did the scale version (half Murph).
1/2 Mile run
50 Pullups
100 Pushups
150 Squats
1/2 Mile run
Time 30’22″
The has been the toughest workout ever in my life! I felt sick pretty much all the way, about to vomit quite a few times. Never before a half a mile was this hard.
By the way the scale was too crazy to tell the right weight 78 then 77 then 76!!
