WEDNESDAY 090318

Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Joanna and I did CFWUx2 and then we both practised the split jerk. I noticed that when I had the full weight (35kg) was much better on the way up. The first few ones hurt my wrist, because I was bending them.

Good new on the scale 76.8kg I have been eating quite good since the weekend. I can certainly see some results. It does amaze me how quickly doing crossfit is working.

It is all about sticking to it!!
