Thursday 090319 pullups and more pullups
Thursday 090319
This is what I was supposed to do: Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
(CFWUx2 as well)
I could only manage 5 rounds:
Round 1:
3 strict pull-ups (stop)
5 slow negative pullups (stop)
7 kipping pullups (stop)
And then round 2-5
3 sets each like this: 3 slow working on negative, 5 chinups, 7 kipping pullups.
Time 13’50″
After that I ripped my hand and it started to bleed.
No news on the scale subject (which is really good), still 76.8kg.
