Saturday 090321 Deadlifts and Run
Apart from 4 hours walk with the kids (I will be posting some photos) this is what I did:
Saturday 090321
For time:
Run 400 meters (I was wrong, this run should not have done it!!)
35 kg. Deadlift, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
35 kg. Deadlift, 12 reps
Run 400 meters
35 kg. Deadlift, 9 reps
Run 400 meters
Time 13’41″
I certainly enjoyed this work out, I can also see that my running is getting better.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
