Retroactive “Karen” WOD Monday

Well I have done today (tuesday) the workout I should have done yesterday. If I look at the time it is only a few hours late. Today should have been my rest day, but I did not do the workout yesterday, however yesterday I must have done 10km in my bicycle.

Anyway I did MONDAY 090323 ”Karen” this way:

150 Wallball shots at around 9ft high.

Total time 8’20″

CFWU as well, although not the full monty.

Weight this morning the same 76.8kg
