MONDAY 090330 “Nicole” another day of pain

I was aching quite bad from the “Fight gone bad”, specially my lower back, arms, legs, neck… the whole body!!
Today  another nice workout:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

I finished 5 round and the run for the 6th one.

Total pullups: 14-12-9-9-9 = 53
I need to change the batteries in the damn scale!!
