I did 4 rounds of:
20 Sit-ups
15 Goodmornings

Time: 4’45″

It was too easy i know for next time to do the Rx´d with this subs. Nevermind, I did not feel like doing too much today, my body is asking for a break.
I cannot wait for a day of rest tomorrow.
I nearly forgot, I put new batteries in the scale and surprise another 100grs lost. I am now

76.7kg, not a lot on weight loss but I can see the changes in my body. I am defenitely replacing fat with muscle. I have also ordered some Whey protein and fish oil (omega 3) from this site. As far as I can see this is the best value for money website for getting protein. The one I went for is the Impact Whey Protein (Unflavoured) – Undenatured.
