THURSDAY 090402
This is what I have found on the menu for today:
Three rounds for time of:
21 L-Pull-ups
15 ft. L-rope climb, 3 ascents
I did my own version:
3 Rounds for time of:
15 Negative L-pullups
3 Beginner rope climb
Total Time: 9’47″
I just get overtired on my hand-strings. My weight today 76.6kg new record, I see a bigger change around my belly.
