Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings I did it with 13kg Homemade kettlebell (30 pounds)
12 Pull-ups
Total Time: 10′ 58″
I loved this workout, shame I do not have the 1.5 pood kettlebell ( I will be making one soon!!). I did the kettlebell and the first round of pullups unbroken. The other 2 rounds of pullups I split them in blocks of 6.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
