THURSDAY 090416
“Danny”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps (19 inch box-stand Ikea)
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps (done with 98 pounds = 44.5kg)
30 Pull-ups
I did 2 full rounds and 3rd round I completed box jumps and 10 Push Presses. I had to stop after 19’35″, so clooooose to meet pukie for real!!
Notes: The box jumps are a killer and I should have put a bit less weight for the push press.
The scale keeps telling me now 77.0kg, it is always pivoting there!!
