100 Inverted burpees
I did 50 Inverted burpees (no kipping) rolling.
Total time: 18’20″
I liked doing the headstand. As this is my first time not all of the headstand were done correctly.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food.
