THURSDAY 090423
I changed the 50 for 35, as recommended in Crossfit BrandX forum.
For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box (19 inch box)
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (13kg kettlebell)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows (normal sit ups)
50 Push press, 45 pounds (Bar and mdf disc, same weight more or less)
50 Back extensions (laying on the floor face down lifting legs and arm, arching my back)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (single jump rope)
Total time: 21′ 10″
I took longer at the end with the burpees and jump rope, again I nearly met pukie after the 24 jump rope. On the last 3 exercise I felt really sick!!
