2009 CrossFit Games Mid Atlantic Regional Qualifiers Final Workout:
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Squat snatch
Chest to bar Pull-ups
I did:
Short version of CFWU.
65 pounds (32 kg. Squat snatch (as recommended for the Pack category at CrossfitBrandX)
Jumping Chest to bar Pull-ups.
Total Time: 12’49″
I was not in the mood today, but I did it anyway.
