MONDAY 090427 New workout

MONDAY 090427

Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps (I did 70 pounds around 32 kg.)
21 Ring dips (I did the bench dips)

Total time: 13’39″

Right at the end I felt sick again (7 dips to go), so I take that is a good sign of doing the WOD properly.

I forgot to add yesterday the yoga for the feet and ankle that I did with Lucas. It was ok but due to Lucas doing it with me, I could not fully get into the poses.
