Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Oops As I am typing this post I just realised that the workout was 7 series not 5. Anyway I did do a good warm up and I used the shoulder press with less weight for a few reps.
Results in kgs: 40/48/48/52 Failed/50 PR. (50 kgs = 110 pounds)
Scale this morning still 77.8 kg.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food.
