“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Pull ups: 12/11/9/7/6/6/6/5 =62
Push ups: 13/12/8/7/7/6/6/5 =64
Sit ups: 8/9/8/8/7/6/6/6 =58
Squats: 15/14/14/14/11/12/11/12 =103
Total: 287
I also did before the Tabata, yoga for fencing with Lucas. It is a really good class.
Regarding the Tabata WOD today, this is now the hardest workout for sure!! Before the work out I was aching everywhere after the paddle game yesterday. I have to say that some of the pull ups may not have been proper ones (chin over the bar) and push ups where so-so, basically I was not strict about counting them.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food.
