Five rounds for time of:
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps (1 pood kettlebell- 16.5kg)
30 Burpees
30 Glute-ham sit-ups (normal sit ups)

I did all of them 20 reps.

Total time: 23’10″
Really hard workout, I was really tired today, aching everywhere!!
