20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
I did “Barbara” Lite version
10 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats
Total time: 3’03″/3’30″/3’56″/4’24″/4’54” Rest 3 minutes between rounds Total net time 23’48″, gross time including the rest 35’48″
Pukie was knocking on the door on the last round, I had to stop. I felt the gazpacho from lunch was about to come out!!! So… definitely one of the hardest workout, do not get full with the 3 minutes rest.
My rings are now ready, so I will have them before the end of the week.
