30 Muscle-ups for time
I did the 60 seated muscle up version as posted in the my first attempt.
Total time: 15’53″
Much quicker than previous time, although I was really concentrating on the form more than on the time. I am quite pleased with time, but I can see a long way to go to get my first muscle up.
I am behind 2 wods, if I do 2 wods kelly and whatever is on, I will be ok.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
