Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box (15 reps 20 inch box)
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (15 with the mine basketball filled with sand!)
This is the “pack” version from brandxcrossfit forum.
Total time: 18’47″
It was tough as I expected but felt ok, pushed to the limit but did not feel sick!
Note to myself I need to do more yoga, as I do feel less flexible.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food.
