2 WOD in one Erin and Overhead Squat

As I was one wod behind I did the monday and tuesday workouts. I started with the overhead squat

TUESDAY 090602

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps.
I found it really difficult and I had a bit of pain in my left shoulder that is why after my PR I went down on weight.
Results in Kg.:
40 – 45 – 48 PR- 40 – 45

MONDAY 090601

“Erin”

Five3 rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
Instead my own version Split clean/split jerk with barbell 32 kg. 15 rep
21 Pull-ups
Total time: 15’16″
I did enjoy doing this workout.
