Run 800 meters
40 L pull-ups
Run 800 meters
40 Strict pull-ups
Run 800 meters
40 Kipping pull-ups

I did the Pack version:
Run 800 meters
10 L pull-ups (jumping/working on negatives)
Run 800 meters
20 Strict pull-ups (last few, not too strict ;-) )
Run 800 meters
30 Kipping pull-ups (8-8-7-7)

I nearly left the workout today I was not feeling that good and my body is asking for a rest (not much sleep lately), but the thought of rest day tomorrow allow me to push it and get the wod done today.

Total Time: 20’07″
Weight this morning, an amazing 76.9 kg (lowest lately) the last 2 days I have missed dinner and I have not have that many nuts. I think I was having to much food that is way I was maintaining the same weight. I will try to keep it like this for the rest of the week, and go a bit crazy at the weekend.
