FRIDAY 090605 and SATURDAY 090606 Lynne
Today I did the 2 wods, the deadlift and “Lynne”
FRIDAY 090605
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
In Kg: 60-65-70-75-80-85-87 PR (I have run out of plates now!!)
SATURDAY 090606
“Lynne”
Five rounds for max reps of:
60Kg (I´m 77kg) weight bench press 8-7-6-6-5
Pull-ups 22-17-16-15-15 reps
Total Pullups: 85 PR (previous 77 reps) and bench press last time I was doing 35 kg., so quite a bit change.
Quite please with the results.
Weight yesterday on the scale: 76.4 kg new lowest!!
