“Cindy”
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
I did the brandx scale pack version:
3 Pullups
6 Pushups
9 Squats
Total rounds: 25 PR. 4 for than my last cindy wod.
Joanna my wife did 12 rounds in 12 minutes. 3 jumping pullups, 6 pushups with knees on the floor and 9 squats.
weight this morning: 76.6 kg not too bad considering BBQ weekend, beer and birthday cake!!
