WEDNESDAY 090610
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
I only had time for 5 rounds.
60-65-70-75-80 PR
I really need a proper squat rack!! It is not safe to do it the way I´m doing it.
Joanna practice the lifting form doing, the bar (17kg) increasing the weight up to 25 kg in total.
Weight this morning an amazing 76.2 kg, really pleased. I´m not sure about tomorrow weight as I have been eating just ok.
