Little run
After being convinced of doing a 5k run today for the whole day, I did not do it until 2200h at night. I did it in the end, but I did not feel that good, I think the 2 red wines and lemon fanta and the bourbon & Sprite may have something to do with it
.
Anyway the total time for this 5k run (google earth measure) was 27’54″, I do not want to consider this as my PR as I feel the official time should be taken in the Chapin track, so is exactly the same.
This run is hillier than the flat track obviously so not sure what my real time was, google earth has been quite a good tool to measure the distances before, but again I will just record the workout.
