MONDAY 090622 Run Kettlebell HSPU New WOD
MONDAY 090622
Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups
I did:
400 meters run
21 reps of 1 pood homemade kettlebell (16.5 kg approx).
15 Handstand push-ups (progression on my knees) this felt too easy so I did 15 instead.
Total time: 9′ 33″
Joanna did:
400 m. run
15 rep with the milk “kettlebell” (4 kg)
9 rep HSPU progression.
Total time: 11′ 36″
