Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
Same with 32 Kg.
Total 8 rounds + 5 thrusters
Joanna did the same reps in 12 minutes with 27 kg.
Total Rounds: 4
I also played a paddle tennis match with my Mario and Jose. It was a full day of exercise.
