30 Muscle-ups for time
As I do not have access to rings I went to the park near the badminton national center in milton keynes and did the pull ups and dips subs.
I ran all the way there and back which in total represent another 4 km run.
I did:
80 pullups
80 dips (on the bench, but going deep).
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
