Deadlifts and “DT” WODs
TUESDAY 090721
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
I did (in Kg)
60-70-75-80-85-90-95 PR
Because I did this workout at the gym I could get pass the 87 kg previous PR, as that is all the weight I have got in my homemad backyard gym.
THURSDAY 090723
“DT”
Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
I did the same reps with 40 kg. I started with 45 kg and It was too much.
I think having done the dead-lifts prior to DT undermined my performance a little bit.
Total time for DT: 13′ 10″
Previous DT wod time: 14′ 03″. So almost 1 minute faster.
