Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
I did the bench press with 60 kg.
Bench press reps: 10-8-7-6-6. Total: 37
Pull ups: 26 PR- 18-15-15-15. Total: 89
I did this with the strongest headache I have had in a loooooong time.
Previous “Lynne” 32 bench press and 87 pull ups. i could have done better if I did not have the headache, specially on the pull ups part as I, in the last 3 rounds, was not in the best shape.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
