Bicycle ride through Jerez countryside
I went for a Bicycle ride with my friend Julio around the Jere countryside vineyards (campiƱa). We started too hard for being this the first time. We need to find better and easier rides for now. Certainly a good workout as we went up really steep hills and down recovering quite nicely, fantastic interval training.
Weight this morning on my scale: 75.4 kg.holding on.
