21-15-9 reps of:
Handstand push-ups
Ringdips
Push-ups
I did this wod as well as the Back squats.
Time for “J.T” WOD: 9′ 05″
Previous J.T. time: 10’12″
So that is more than 10% faster plus I did the dips using the bench, so they were much deeper this time.
Very happy with my performance today.
