“Fight Gone Bad!”
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories) Sub for Burpees!!
Results:
Round 1: 34-20-17-15-12
Round 2: 20-13-18-8-12
Round 3: 20-10-15-8-12
Total: 224
Previous Fight gone bad result: 294. I have to bear in mind that the weight I was using was 25 kg instead of 34 kg today and the biggest number of reps were on the kettlebell swings last time with 5 kg (box of milk) compare this time with burpees.
I used the puppies scale last time and today as rx´d!!
