For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
I did 35 instead as my previous filthy fifty using my heavier 16 kg kettlebell and the normal sit ups, 19 inch box and single rope jump.
Total time: 15′ 04″ new PR previous 21’10″
I´m very impressed with the improvement nearly 30% better!!
Scale lowest for a while 75.3 kgs.
