Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps
This is my first attempt at the 5 reps 5 round of deadlifts.
Results: 60-70-75-80-87 PR
I have now max the weight I have at home. Paco is making me some discs that will hopefully add quite a few kilos extra as the are going to be full olympic diameter.
This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
