“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Results:
Pull ups: 12-11-11-9-8-7-6-7 = 71
Push ups: 15-13-11-8-10-7-7-7= 78
Situps: 13-11-10-9-9-8-8-8= 76
Squats: 15-15-14-13-12-13-12-15= 109
Total: 334

Compare to my first “Tabata something else” 287 total, this is 47 Reps more!!

You do feel completely knackered after this work out, I felt sick for 2 hours after it!!
