“Linda”
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
I have help from Joanna as this one needed 3 bars to do it.
I started heavier but then I had to take some weight out. This is the weight I used after round 2.
Deadlift: 57.5 kg = 77% Body weight
Bench press: 50.5 kg = 67% Body weight
Clean: 37.5 kg = 50% Body weight
My body weight is 75 kg
Total Time: 26’11″
