Push press and Front Squat 2 WODs in one day

FRIDAY 090814
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

TUESDAY 090818
Push Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps.

I have been off for 5 days, as I have not been feeling great. Also I went out for dinner and I had few too many drinks, so the following 2 days were spent like a zombie!
Anyway back to bash myself with the workouts. I have 5 missing wods, I plan to do 2 today 2 tomorrow (main site rest day).

I have not used a rack (I need one so badly), so I had to power clean it.

Push press: 46-51-54.5-56.5-56.5-60
Front squat:46-51-54.5-56.5-56.5-60 x2 and extra 60×3

I can do more weight on the front squat but without a rack or spotter it is not possible.
