Death by pull ups and Jump rope/sit ups

THURSDAY 090813
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

MONDAY 090817
Double-under for 2 minutes
Sit-up for 2 minutes
Double-under for 90 seconds
Sit-up for 90 seconds
Double-under for 1-minute
Sit-up for 1-minute
Double-under for 30 seconds
Sit-up for 30 seconds

Rest day on the main website, but for me it´s time to catch up.

Death by pullups results:
15 full rounds + 9 extra

Double under (single in my case) / sit ups. NOTE to myself I have to do more skill work speacily double under.
