Running in Chiclana (Novo Sancti Petri)
After playing and swimming for a long time. I did a light slow run.
5 km. on the beach approx. time 29 min, bear feet. Time not so good but I was really tired before I started.

This Blog is intended to reflect my progress with everything to do with health and fitness. More specifically crossfit, running, cycling, yoga, weight control and food. I will be also recording my wife and friends that do work out with me. For people visiting this blog (not many) you will be able to see how we struggle and give you a board view of a busy normal person trying to get fit and healthy.
